Shipping and Returns
We ship using United States Parcel service (USPS). We currently ship to United States, Canada, Europe, Australia and Asia. Although shipping dates are not guaranteed, it is typically between 3-7 business days for the lower 48 states and typically about 3 weeks for International.
For environmental and human friendly reasons, this product is only made when you order it. Typically, this product will be made in about a week, we will send you tracking information as soon as it's in the mail.
Special note for international orders
the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the united states may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Returns and Exchanges
Since all items are made custom based on specifications you provide, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any goods.
If an item you received is defective please reach out to customer service, by emailing email@example.com. Make sure to include your order id and a photo and detailed description of what the defect is.
